CSS Anim:Hero’s CSS theme needs performance optimization, and a 120-animation 70-performance CSS tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Animation Lag' level (fixing 45 jank issues)? Does it creates 120 CSS keyframe animations (fade/rotate/translate), optimizes 70 animations via will-change/transform, and has a 'Animation Tester' that checks 20+ FPS metrics?
