CSS Anim:Opt’s CSS theme needs frame drop reduction, and a 160-animation 1k-frame CSS tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Animation Optimization' level (applying 50 will-change/transform fixes)? Does it optimizes animations, cuts frame drops by 90%, and has a 'Animation Optimizer' that provides 20+ performance boost tips?
