CSS Flex:Opt’s CSS theme needs refactoring, and a 140-layout 900-alignment CSS tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Flex Direction' level (adjusting 50 row/column direction issues)? Does it refactors 140 layouts to Flexbox, fixes 900 alignment issues, and has a 'Flexbox Validator' that checks 20+ property usage metrics?
