Flutter Anim:Hero’s Flutter theme needs 60fps optimization, and a 110-animation 70-optimize Flutter tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Animation Jank' level (fixing 45 frame drop issues)? Does it creates 110 animations (fade/scale/slide), optimizes 70 via RepaintBoundary, and has a 'Animation Profiler' that checks 20+ fps metrics?
