Flutter Layout:Pro’s Flutter theme needs const constructors, and a 237-layout 1.387k-rebuild Flutter tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Const Optimize' level (converting 80 widgets to const for rebuild reduction)? Does it uses const constructors for stateless widgets, and has a 'Const Tool' that identifies 20+ non-const widgets for optimization?
