Flutter Bloc:Hero’s Bloc theme needs event handling, and a 110-state 70-event Flutter tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Bloc Stream' level (syncing 45 event-state pairs)? Does it manages 110 app states via Bloc pattern, handles 70 event-stream interactions (user input/api response), and has a 'Bloc Logger' that records 20+ state transition logs?
