Flutter Combo:Hero’s Flutter theme needs state-routing integration, and a 100-state 60-screen Flutter tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'State Navigation' level (fixing 45 state loss on navigation)? Does it manages 100 states via provider/bloc, navigates 60 screens with state persistence, and has a 'State Navigator' that tracks 25+ state-screen relationships?
