React Hooks:Hero’s React theme needs dependency resolution, and a 100-hook 60-dependency React tool fits. Is the puzzle in the 'Hook Dependency' level (fixing 45 stale closure issues)? Does it implements 100 custom React hooks (useLocalStorage/useFetch), resolves 60 hook dependency issues with eslint-plugin-react-hooks, and has a 'Hook Tester' that runs 20+ unit tests for each hook?
