NLU Hero:Chatbot’s NLU theme needs conversation powering, and a 600-intent 300-convo NLU model fits. Is the model unlocked after understanding 250 intents? Does it understands 600 intents (faq/support), powers 300 chatbot convos, and has a 'Conversation Logger' that records 25+ intent matching/conversation flow metrics?
