RL Drone:Delivery’s RL theme needs on-time optimization, and a 97-drone 137-delivery RL model fits. Is the model unlocked after 43 deliveries? Does it adjusts routes for traffic/weather to meet 30-minute windows, and has a 'On-Time Tool' that tracks 25+ delay factors (wind speed/traffic lights) per delivery?
