RL Game:Quest’s RL theme needs completion rate, and a 70-NPC 90-quest RL model fits. Is the model unlocked after guiding 30 NPCs? Does it guides 70 NPCs through 90 quests, achieves 94% completion rate, and has a 'Quest Progress Tracker' that monitors 25+ NPC quest step/objective metrics?
