Can you train a reinforcement learning model in the iOS game 'RL Trader:Stock' that trades 300 stocks and achieves 25% annual returns?

RL Trader:Stock’s RL theme needs trading returns, and a 300-stock 25%-return RL model fits. Is the model unlocked after simulating 1000 trades? Does it trades 300 stocks (tech/finance/energy), achieves 25% annual returns in backtests, and has a 'Trade Logger' that records 50+ trade details (entry/exit/profit)?
