Can you train a reinforcement learning model in the iOS game 'RL Traffic:Control' that controls 50 traffic lights and optimizes 70 traffic flows in 30 intersections?

RL Traffic:Control’s RL theme needs flow optimization, and a 50-light 70-flow RL model fits. Is the model unlocked after controlling 20 lights? Does it controls 50 traffic lights, optimizes 70 flows to reduce congestion, and has a 'Traffic Logger' that tracks 25+ vehicle wait time/throughput metrics?
