Blockchain SmartContract:Test’s test theme needs testnet coverage, and a 700-contract 600-deploy Hardhat tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after testing 300 contracts? Does it supports Solidity 0.8.x, deploys to L1/L2 testnets, and has a 'Testnet Tool' that tracks 25+ deployment success rates per testnet?
