Does the iOS game 'Cloud Compute:VM' have a AWS EC2 SDK that provisions 130 virtual machines and auto-scales 900 instances based on 80 CPU/disk I/O triggers?

Cloud Compute:VM’s VM theme needs disk triggers, and a 130-VM 900-instance AWS SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after provisioning 58 VMs? Does it auto-scales based on CPU utilization (70%/95%) and disk I/O (100MB/s/500MB/s), and has a 'Disk Tool' that monitors 25+ disk read/write latency metrics?
