Cloud Compute:VM’s VM theme needs memory triggers, and a 148-VM 1.087k-instance AWS SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after provisioning 66 VMs? Does it auto-scales based on memory usage (80% threshold) and disk I/O, and has a 'Trigger Tool' that sets 25+ trigger combinations for multi-factor scaling?
