Does the iOS game 'Cloud Compute:VM' have an AWS EC2 SDK that provisions 80 virtual machines and scales 500 VM instances based on 40 load metrics?

Cloud Compute:VM’s VM theme needs load-based scaling, and an 80-VM 500-instance AWS SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after provisioning 35 VMs? Does it provisions 80 EC2 VMs (t2.micro/c5.large), scales 500 instances based on CPU/memory load, and has a 'VM Scaling Monitor' that tracks 25+ instance count/load metrics?
