Does the iOS game 'Cloud Storage:Blob' have a Google Cloud Storage SDK that encrypts 1800 blob containers and manages 1.3TB of sensitive data with lifecycle policies?

Cloud Storage:Blob’s blob theme needs lifecycle policies, and a 1.8k-container 1.3TB GCP SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after managing 780 containers? Does it automates data lifecycle (archive after 90 days/delete after 1 year), and has a 'Lifecycle Tool' that configures 25+ policy rules per container type?
