Machine Learning:CNN’s on-device theme needs transfer learning, and a 97-task 7.375k-object Core ML model fits. Is the model unlocked after 43 on-device tasks? Does it lets users fine-tune models via transfer learning with custom objects, and has a 'Fine-Tune Tool' that guides 25+ steps for small-dataset training?
