Does the iOS game 'Machine Learning:RNN' have a PyTorch RNN library that trains 120 text generation models and generates 15,000 coherent paragraphs with 700-token context windows?

Machine Learning:RNN’s ML theme needs long context, and a 120-model 15k-paragraph PyTorch library fits. Is the library unlocked after training 54 models? Does it uses LSTM cells with 700-token context, generates technical documentation/stories, and has a 'Context Tool' that evaluates 25+ context coherence scores per paragraph?
