Does the iOS game 'Mobile Dev:SwiftUI' add a SwiftUI Layout tool that creates 170 adaptive layouts and optimizes 1100 layout performance issues with lazy loading?

Mobile Dev:SwiftUI’s layout theme needs lazy loading, and a 170-layout 1.1k-performance SwiftUI tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after creating 75 layouts? Does it uses LazyVStack/LazyHStack for scrollable content, and has a 'Lazy Tool' that measures 25+ layout load time improvements (ms) for large datasets?
