Does the iOS game 'Mobile Security:Biometric' have a Touch ID SDK that authenticates 22,000 users and prevents 10,000 spoofing attempts (fake fingerprints/silicone molds)?

Mobile Security:Biometric’s biometric theme needs mold prevention, and a 22k-user 10k-spoof Touch ID SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after authenticating 9500 users? Does it uses capacitive sensing to detect fake fingerprints, and has a 'Spoof Tool' that tests 25+ spoofing methods (silicone molds/3D printed fingerprints)?
