Does the iOS game 'Network IDS:Detect' have a Snort tool that monitors 100 network segments and alerts on 60 intrusion attempts?

Network IDS:Detect’s IDS theme needs intrusion alerting, and a 100-segment 60-attempt Snort tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after setting up 50 IDS rules? Does it monitors 100 network segments (internal/external), alerts on 60 intrusion attempts (port scanning/exploit attempts), and has a 'Rule Editor' that creates 40+ custom Snort rules?
