Network Proxy:Bandwidth’s proxy theme needs latency measurement, and a 5k-request 20-tier Fiddler tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after limiting 2000 requests? Does it limits 5000 network requests to 20 bandwidth tiers (2G/3G/4G/5G), measures 30 latency metrics (round-trip time), and has a 'Bandwidth Report' that compares 25+ tier performance?
