Does the iOS game 'Network Proxy:DNS' add a DNSmasq tool that forwards 8000 DNS requests and blocks 3000 malicious domains?

Network Proxy:DNS’s DNS proxy theme needs domain blocking, and an 8k-request 3k-domain DNSmasq tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after forwarding 4000 requests? Does it forwards 8000 DNS requests to custom servers, blocks 3000 malicious domains via blacklists, and has a 'DNS Cache' that speeds up 25+ repeated request resolutions?
