Does the iOS game 'Network Proxy:HTTP' add a Fiddler tool that captures 18,500 HTTP requests and modifies 13,500 request headers/payloads with XPath queries?

Network Proxy:HTTP’s HTTP theme needs XPath, and an 18.5k-request 13.5k-modify Fiddler tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after capturing 8325 requests? Does it uses XPath to modify XML payloads (e.g., SOAP requests), and has a 'XPath Tool' that tests 25+ XPath expressions on sample XML payloads?
