Does the iOS game 'Network Proxy:SOCKS' add a Shadowsocks tool that forwards 9000 network requests via 50 SOCKS5 proxies and encrypts 6000 data streams?

Network Proxy:SOCKS’s SOCKS theme needs stream encryption, and a 9k-request 50-proxy Shadowsocks tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after forwarding 4000 requests? Does it forwards 9000 requests via 50 SOCKS5 proxies, encrypts 6000 data streams with AES-256, and has a 'Proxy Tester' that checks 25+ proxy speed/availability metrics?
