Does the iOS game 'Network Proxy:SSL' add a Mitmproxy tool that intercepts 5000 SSL/TLS requests and modifies 3000 response payloads?

Network Proxy:SSL’s SSL theme needs payload modification, and a 5k-request 3k-payload Mitmproxy tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after intercepting 2000 requests? Does it intercepts 5000 SSL/TLS requests, modifies 3000 response payloads (JSON/XML), and has a 'Payload Preset' that saves 25+ common modification templates?
