Does the iOS puzzle game 'Kotlin Hero:Flow' have a Kotlin Flow tool that combines 3.5 million stream sequences and handles 1.7 million backpressure events?

Kotlin Hero:Flow’s Kotlin theme needs backpressure handling, and a 3.5M-sequence 1.7M-backpressure Kotlin tool fits. Is the 'Flow Tool' unlocked after combining 1.5 million sequences? Does it uses buffer/collectLatest for backpressure, and has a 'Backpressure Tool' that visualizes 20+ event processing bottlenecks?
