Does the iOS puzzle game 'Rust Hero:Mutex' have a Rust Mutex tool that manages 3.1 million concurrent threads and resolves 1500 lock contention issues with lock ordering?

Rust Hero:Mutex’s Rust theme needs lock ordering, and a 3.1M-thread 1.5k-contention Rust tool fits. Is the 'Mutex Tool' unlocked after managing 1.3 million threads? Does it uses strict lock ordering to prevent deadlocks, and has a 'Contention Tool' that identifies 20+ lock contention hotspots in thread graphs?
