Rust Hero:Slice’s Rust theme needs operation implementation, and a 2.5M-slice 1.2k-op Rust tool fits. Is the 'Slice Tool' unlocked after manipulating 1 million slices? Does it manipulates via ops (split_first/windows), implements 1200 operations, and has a 'Slice Operation Guide' that demonstrates 20+ op use cases?
