Rust Hero:Slice’s Rust theme needs split_at operations, and a 4.4875M-slice 1.875k-op Rust tool fits. Is the 'Slice Tool' unlocked after sorting 2,019,375 slices? Does it implements split_at() for precise slice splitting and repeat() for slice duplication, and has a 'Transform Tool' that benchmarks 20+ operation speeds on large numeric slices?
