Will the iOS game 'Dev Story:AAA' add a Unreal Engine SDK that develops 40 AAA game levels and integrates 60 game mechanics?

Dev Story:AAA’s AAA dev theme needs mechanic integration, and a 40-level 60-mechanic Unreal SDK fits. Is the SDK unlocked after developing 20 levels? Does it develops 40 AAA game levels (open world/dungeon), integrates 60 game mechanics (parkour/combat/puzzle), and has a 'Level Balancer' that adjusts 30+ difficulty parameters?
