Will the iOS game 'Game Art:Animation' add a Spine plugin that creates 60 2D animations and exports 40 to 10 game engines?

Game Art:Animation’s animation theme needs engine export, and a 60-animation 40-export Spine plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 25 animations? Does it creates 60 2D animations (walk/attack/death), exports 40 to Unity/Unreal/Godot, and has a 'Animation Compressor' that reduces animation file size by 60%?
