Will the iOS game 'Game Art:Character' add a ZBrush plugin that sculpts 70 3D character models and textures 50 with 4K resolution?

Game Art:Character’s character art theme needs high-res texturing, and a 70-model 50-texture ZBrush plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after sculpting 30 models? Does it sculpts 70 3D characters (heroes/enemies), textures 50 with 4K resolution, and has a 'Texture Quality Checker' that verifies 25+ resolution/detail metrics?
