Will the iOS game 'Game Art:Texture' add a Substance Painter plugin that creates 70 PBR textures and applies 50 to 3D models?

Game Art:Texture’s texture theme needs PBR creation, and a 70-texture 50-model Substance Painter plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 30 textures? Does it creates 70 PBR textures (albedo/roughness/metalness), applies 50 to 3D models (characters/weapons), and has a 'Texture Matcher' that matches 25+ texture styles to models?
