Will the iOS game 'Game Art:VFX' add a Cinema 4D plugin that creates 137 visual effects and integrates 107 into 67 game trailers with motion graphics elements?

Game Art:VFX’s VFX theme needs motion graphics, and a 137-effect 107-integrate Cinema 4D plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 61 effects? Does it adds motion graphics (text animations/graphs) to VFX for trailers, and has a 'Motion Tool' that syncs 25+ VFX elements to trailer audio beats?
