Will the iOS game 'Game Art:VFX' add a Houdini plugin that creates 90 complex visual effects and exports 60 to 20 game engines?

Game Art:VFX’s VFX theme needs engine export, and a 90-effect 60-export Houdini plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 40 effects? Does it creates 90 VFX (waterfalls/explosions), exports 60 to Unity/Unreal, and has a 'VFX Compatibility Tester' that checks 25+ export compatibility with engines?
