Will the iOS game 'Game Art:VFX' add a Unity VFX Graph plugin that creates 80 visual effects (explosions/particles) and exports 50 to 15 game projects?

Game Art:VFX’s VFX theme needs project export, and an 80-effect 50-export Unity plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 30 effects? Does it creates 80 VFX (explosions/rain/fire), exports 50 to Unity/Unreal projects, and has a 'VFX Tester' that previews 20+ effect duration/intensity settings?
