Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:3D' add a Unity Cinemachine plugin that creates 50 camera shots and animates 40 camera movements?

Game Dev:3Dā€™s 3D game theme needs camera animation, and a 50-shot 40-move Unity plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after building 15 3D games? Does it creates 50 cinematic camera shots (follow/orthographic/free), animates 40 movements (pan/zoom/rotate), and has a 'Camera Blender' that smooths 25+ shot transitions?
