Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:Level' add a Tiled Map Editor plugin that creates 90 game levels and places 6000 game objects (enemies/items)?

Game Dev:Level’s level design theme needs object placement, and a 90-level 6k-object Tiled plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 40 levels? Does it creates 90 2D game levels via Tiled, places 6000 game objects (enemies/items/obstacles), and has a 'Level Validator' that checks 25+ playability rules (exit access)?
