Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:LevelDesign' add a Unity ProBuilder tool that builds 90 3D game levels and places 7000 props (barrels/boxes) with collision?

Game Dev:LevelDesign’s level design theme needs prop placement, and a 90-level 7k-prop Unity tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after building 40 levels? Does it builds 90 3D levels via ProBuilder, places 7000 props with collision, and has a 'Level Playtester' that checks 25+ player movement/obstacle clearance metrics?
