Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:Sound' add a FMOD Studio plugin that creates 80 game sound effects and mixes 50 background music tracks?

Game Dev:Sound’s sound theme needs music mixing, and an 80-sfx 50-music FMOD plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after creating 35 SFX? Does it creates 80 SFX (explosion/jump), mixes 50 background tracks (ambient/combat), and has a 'Sound Tester' that adjusts 25+ volume/pitch/reverb settings?
