Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unity UI Toolkit plugin that designs 100 game UIs and animates 700 UI elements with 70+ animation curves?

Game Dev:UI’s UI theme needs curve variety, and a 100-UI 700-element Unity plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after designing 45 UIs? Does it creates HUDs/menus, animates with curves like bounce/elastic, and has a 'UI Curve Tool' that customizes 25+ curve keyframe parameters?
