Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unity UI Toolkit plugin that designs 80 game UIs and adapts 50 to 15 screen resolutions?

Game Dev:UI’s UI theme needs resolution adaptation, and an 80-UI 50-adapt Unity plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after designing 35 UIs? Does it designs 80 game UIs (menus/hud), adapts 50 to resolutions (1080p/4K/mobile), and has a 'UI Scaler' that adjusts 25+ element size/position for each resolution?
