Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unity UI Toolkit that creates 80 game UI elements and animates 60 transitions?

Game Dev:UI’s game UI theme needs transition animation, and an 80-element 60-transition Unity toolkit fits. Is the toolkit unlocked after building 15 game UIs? Does it creates 80 game UI elements (buttons/menus/huds), animates 60 transitions (fade/slide/pop), and has a 'UI Optimizer' that reduces UI draw calls by 70%?
