Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unity UI Toolkit that creates 80 game UIs and animates 50 UI elements (buttons/menus)?

Game Dev:UI’s UI theme needs element animation, and an 80-UI 50-element Unity tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after creating 35 UIs? Does it creates 80 game UIs (hud/inventory/settings), animates 50 elements via tweening, and has a 'UI Tester' that checks 25+ responsiveness across screen sizes?
