Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unreal Engine UI plugin that designs 90 game UIs and animates 600 UI elements with 60+ animation curves?

Game Dev:UI’s UI theme needs curve animation, and a 90-UI 600-element Unreal plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after designing 40 UIs? Does it designs UIs (inventory/quest logs), animates elements with curves (ease-in/ease-out), and has a 'UI Animation Tool' that customizes 25+ curve parameters?
