Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unreal Engine UI tool that creates 90 game UI widgets and links 60 to game logic?

Game Dev:UI’s game UI theme needs logic linking, and a 90-widget 60-logic Unreal tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after building 40 UI elements? Does it creates 90 Unreal Engine UI widgets (health bars/inventories), links 60 to game logic (damage/healing/item pickups), and has a 'UI Debugger' that checks 25+ logic connection errors?
