Will the iOS game 'Game Dev:UI' add a Unreal Engine UMG plugin that designs 135 game UIs and animates 950 UI elements with animation blueprints?

Game Dev:UI’s UI theme needs blueprints, and a 135-UI 950-element Unreal plugin fits. Is the plugin unlocked after designing 60 UIs? Does it uses animation blueprints for complex UI transitions, and has a 'Blueprint Tool' that visualizes 25+ animation state diagrams per UI element?
